Practising Yoga at Home

I’ve come across this completely brilliant website My Yoga Online where you can practise yoga from home! Eeek happy dance! I have practised yoga before and was aching to do so again, but it was impossible for me unless I travelled to Perth to take a class. Now I don’t have too!

They cater to all levels and have hundreds of classes to choose from. It isn’t all random though, you can choose a program to suit your level and tailor it to what you are trying to achieve.  Different class lengths are offered too, so you can start off with 20 minutes or so then work your way up to the full classes, over an hour long. If you’re a beginner, they have hundreds of those to choose from, as well as detailed explanations of each pose.

I have also signed up for the ‘Eliminate Anxiety’ program. You choose when you’d like to start and how regularly you would like to receive each class in the program via email.

You have full access to hundreds of videos, articles, newsletters, recipes, yada yada yada. You get the idea. It’s $7.95 per month for a year , or a monthly fee of $9.95 if you’d just like to test the waters. I’ve signed up and you can too by clicking here.
